Non-Profit Exhibitor Package - $250

• Booth Dimensions -  ONE -  8’ x 10’ draped booth space (6’ draped table and 2 chairs)
• Electricity
• Internet Wi-fi
• There will be a limited number of booths available for non-profit organizations.

In-Kind Demonstrations and/or Services

In-Kind demonstrations and/or services will be considered.  Depending on the In-Kind demonstration or services offered we will offer a reduced Exhibitor Package rate or allow no-cost admission to the non-profit.

We will consider allowing up to four (4) non-paying admissions if a reduced or no-cost package is provided to the non-profit.

To be considered, non-profit organizations are required to describe the demonstration and/or service that they propose to provide including:

1. A detailed description of the demonstration or service
2. The date and times the demonstration/service is proposed
3. The material or supplies that will be provided by the non-profit
4. The material/supplies needed by the non-profit that will not be provided
5. The space that is needed for the demonstration/service
6. The names of participating individuals
7. Contact information (telephone/e-mail) of a point of contact
