The DAY BEFORE the Classic Car and Motorcycle Show, we will be hosting an  Automotive Swap Meet.  This Swap Meet will be held Saturday June 20th.

Our 2-acre site at the Ohkay Casino will have 215 Automotive Vendor Spaces. Benefits of purchasing a space include:

• Hundreds of people will attend this Swap Meet – General public admission is free
• Finally locate those hard to find parts - You’re bound to find the car parts you need
• You may also find that car you wanted
• Sell your vehicle
• Sell your oldie vehicle
• Sell collector car parts
• Sell car care accessories

Fees:

Vendors: $ 20 per single vendor space payable on the day of the Swap Meet

General Public: Free Admission

Spaces Available: 215 (View Spaces)

Event Rules:

Vendor Passes: One vehicle per Vendor Space.

Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces are marked and you are not allowed to overflow into the driving isles other vendor spaces. All parts, tents, tables and vehicles must fit within the amount of space you buy. If you want to park your vehicle outside the Swap Meet area, there is parking elsewhere outside of the event location.

Vendor Sale Items: Your sale items must consist of automotive related items.

Unallowable Items: This is an “automotive swap meet”. The sale of guns, knives, martial arts weapons, clothes with drug related messages are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any such items, and failure to do so permanently will result in your ejection from the show without refund, and possible confiscation from the local police department.

Trash: You will have to provide your own trash bags. If you brought it and it doesn't sell, take it back home with you. Excess trash in your spaces will result in fines from the local police.

No Alcohol: Alcohol is NOT permitted on the grounds in accordance with Hotel and City Ordinances. Disorderly or intoxicated persons will not be tolerated. Immediate ejection without refund and loss of your spaces for this show and future shows can and will happen.

Show Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendors choosing to leave early will not be allowed to re-enter.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at this event.

Concessions: Concessions (food or drinks) are not allowed to be sold by anyone.

Your failures to comply with any of the above rules are grounds for immediate ejection from the grounds without refund.
